You're not alone! When we don't feel good, we look for answers. These days knowledge is a commodity. You can find answers in seconds online. Sometimes those answers are from trusted sources, and applying that information is beneficial. However, there is nothing more powerful than the experience of connecting in person, especially when it comes to food. Tasting and experiencing delicious, health-supportive food is vital as an introduction to a whole food lifestyle. In teaching culinary nutrition classes and workshops, it’s my mission (and joy) to inspire you to learn how to make simple meals at home using health-supportive ingredients.
When leaving that experience, you're much more likely to be successful in applying what you've learned. Knowledge is only power when successfully applied on a consistent basis. Listen, take notes, ask questions, taste and connect with others. All workshops come with a beautiful, fully referenced student handout that includes all recipes made during class.
Workshops are currently offered on Long Island only.
Registration and payment for classes/workshops/events is non-refundable. Due to the limited class size, we can not offer you a refund should you have to cancel. The class however is completely transferable. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend. If you are unable to find a replacement, we cannot offer a make-up class. We can, however, transfer your registration to a future workshop.
